All South African Citizens with a tertiary qualification completed within the last five years, including those graduating at the end of 2026, are eligible to apply for the OG Graduate Programme from August 2026.
Applications open in August 2026 on [email protected] Read the brief, complete your work, and submit your application through the online form.
Read the two briefs provided and choose ONE brief only to respond to. Complete the online form, provide your details, and upload all required documents. Before submitting, make sure your application is complete, as incomplete applications will not be considered. Keep your answers clear and concise, focusing on the key points you want us to know.
We want to see how you respond to a creative brief. Creativity is at the heart of what we do, so challenge yourself, choose your platform, and show us how you think. The challenge will be revealed on the day applications open.
We'll review all applications and shortlist candidates to attend Super Saturday. The event will take place at our Cape Town office on 24 October 2026 and in Johannesburg on 31 October 2026.
All shortlisted applicants will be required to attend Super Saturday in either Cape Town or Johannesburg. Applicants are responsible for making their own travel arrangements.
Super Saturday is your opportunity to showcase your skills and connect with the OG team. You'll take part in a group exercise, a face-to-face interview, and more. You'll meet our people, from senior leaders to current graduates, explore our space, and get a feel for what it's like to work at Ogilvy South Africa.

Once the judges have made their final decision, our team will let you know whether you have made it into the programme or not.
Yes. You're welcome to apply for the 2027 programme when applications open again, provided you meet the application requirements.
